I can translate English texts into Italian and vice versa.
I generally translate:
· Technical documents: specifications, Safety Data Sheets, user manuals, etc.
· Legal documents: ESG reports, contracts, terms and conditions, power of attorneys, etc.
· Marketing documents: websites, product descriptions, blog articles, etc.
In other words, everything a company needs to run smoothly in an international environment.
You’re ready to hit Milan’s Design Week–I translate your product presentations and brochures.
You’re considering selling outside Italy–I translate your website and the specifications your first potential customers sent.
You’ve actually sold your products abroad–I translate your user manuals and any necessary contracts to send to your customers.
First of all, I'm going to read the texts you created, wrote or translated in the past. I'll want to get to know your company, your products or services, your brand, your style, and of course the specific terminology you use. In some cases, I'll create a glossary or a termbase for that.
Then, I'm going to start working on the text. I'll strive to understand it and transfer its meaning rather than its words. I'll want to work with you in this phase, asking you questions and aiming for excellence also through this synergy.
If this lasts long enough, I'm going to get to know your core message, your brand style, your processes, your employees, and so on.
Finally, I'm going to be able to indicate other ways in which they can support you, with a view to creating a solid partnership with your company.
In fact, as a translator, I do much more than translating!
I read your stuff perhaps even more in detail than you.
I can point out any mistakes and inconsistencies to improve your original text as well.
I get creative when a paragraph needs to be revolutionized for a greater impact on the target audience.
I know your core message.
I feel part of your team.

Prices are per project. Please, send me the content you need to translate for a free quotation.
However, you should keep in mind that translation is not a cost!
In fact, it is:
💥 an investment with a high Return on Investment (ROI)
💥 a tool to grow your business
Why a high ROI? Because a well-translated website may cost a few thousand Euros but by expanding the potential customer base, it can generate sales for many more bucks.
Some statistics speak of a Return on Investment between 140 and 3000% for app localization!
What do I mean by "expanding the potential customer base"? How does translation help grow a business? There are now many studies showing that, on the web, users prefer to interact with sites in their native language. For example, research by the European Commission found that 82% of consumers are less inclined to buy online if the website is not in their own language. Similar percentages are also found concerning the language in which customer support is offered.
In other words, language proves to be a more important factor than price and others in purchasing behaviour.
Translating your company’s content, therefore, means expanding your market to embrace those who speak (or at least master better) another language. Improving your customer experience and, thus, your corporate image. And, ultimately, increasing your sales volumes.

I do use translation-related software.
Specifically, I use CAT tools, or computer-assisted translation tools, which basically store all translations done and retrieve them when the same sentence needs to be translated a second time. I also use term bases, which are multi-functional glossaries.
And yes, I sometimes might also use machine translation (MT) or artificial intelligence (AI). In the hands of a professional, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing: it can be a useful tool to speed up the work and help find the right way to write a sentence. Of course, your privacy is a priority, and I'd never feed your texts into a free AI tool.
Think of it as a cobot, or collaborative robot: it might do the heavy lifting, but it’s the translator who retains the (human) knowledge and expertise.

I can help you by directly writing or editing your texts.
